Wallingford Mixed Use Center is a new seven story mixed use building just north of downtown Seattle. The plans are still in development, but will feature multiple commercial spaces at street level, two levels of below grade parking, and 65 residential units above. A large community roof top area is also planned with sweeping views to downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier to the south.
