Solera is a four building, 590 unit project located in Renton, WA. This was a team project which was completed while working at a separate firm. The project added both market rate and affordable housing to what was once a commercial development with a large amount of surface parking. Parking is now located underneath the buildings, and a large courtyard space is above in the middle of the development. Site planning for a 100 unit town home development was also analyzed for the client.
