Completed in January 2021, this two building exterior condo renovation is in located in West Seattle. Modernizing the look of the original 1986 buildings was achieved through careful material and paint selections as well as coordinating with the building’s home owner’s association and their budget. New windows, roofs, decks, and guardrails were successfully detailed and installed.
